Tila Tequila showed off her red carpet parter Courtnenay Semel (do you recognize her from Cattle Drive and/or the
Lindsay Lohan rumors?) and didn't look like she wanted to let go in the slightest! The two were caught here in a tender moment at the "Hot in Hollywood," after which they managed to rip themselves apart to do some more posing outside the Avalon. Could this be true love?
The only problem I can foresee in their relationship is trying to find dresses that coordinate!
