Madonna hasn’t gotten much rest since her shocking announcement (not!) that she was divorcing Guy Ritchie, and then interesting follow-up claims that it was Guy who called to end the marriage after “simply fall[ing] out of love.” The rumors won’t stop yet, that’s for sure, but they won’t stop Madonna from continuing her daily routine. For Madonna, the show must go on (literally speaking) and trips to the Kabbalah Center will continue. Even if she’s covering her face with giant shades and a trucker cap, she’s making the effort!

Madonna was snapped here heading to the Kabbalah Center in New York City prior to catching her flight to Toronto.

Madonna must be soooo disappointed. . . things have been leading up to her world tour, and now she has suffered a serious ankle injury. Madonna and her visibly wrapped ankle showed up at Kabbalah this weekend and ended up causing a bit of a ruckus– only because she couldn’t make it up the stairs. The building manager had to unlock an elevator just for her use today. If Madonna can’t even go up stairs right now, it’s not looking good for a vigorous routine!

No news yet on cancellations or amendments to her upcoming performances.

Poor Guy– we really got him this time! As he exited the Kabbalah Centre alone, he looked genuinely surprised to see everyone hanging around waiting for him to exit– it’s nice to be able to surprise people and have them be cool about it. Considering all the sh*t he’s been going through (more than a little whispering in his presence, I think), it’s nice to see him looking positive.

Remember when we saw Madonna plunging into her Kabbalah meeting after arriving late? She didn’t look much better on her way out, but then again, the rumors are still probably making it difficult to look the paps in the eye as they shoot out their usual 20 Questions.

I wouldn’t want to be the driver for Maddona, who arrived at her Kabbalah meeting late yesterday. Madge might not be the easiest to read, but that’s got to be pure irritation bubbling under the surface. Considering how busy she has been lately, and how stressful it has been being under the radar, this was probably the last straw!

I guess everything turned out okay in the end, since Maddona left hand-in-hand with Guy to meet a serious onslaught of photogs. Then again, if they hadn’t been holding hands, they’d be facing another fresh set of rumors, wouldn’t they?

Madonna’s letting the rumors wash right over her, or at least she will be after her exclusive denial statement released to PEOPLE today. In it, Madonna stated that “My husband and I are not planning on getting a divorce,” and denied that she was in a relationship with New York Yankees big shot Alex Rodriguez, saying “I brought my kids to a Yankee game. I am not romantically involved in any way with [him].”

Well, I’m glad that she tried to clear things up. I’m still going to keep my eyes open, though!

Friends of Cynthia Rodriguez have told the New York Daily News that the estranged wife of baseball star A-Rod feels he has been “brainwashed” by Madonna and the Kabbalah. There are also claims of the music star using mind-control techniques on Rodriguez to get what she wanted. Rumors have been flying lately that Madonna and Rodriguez have had an affair, leading to problems with Cynthia and Guy Ritchie respectively. However, it seems the truth is still to be found.

This has become a very confusing matter. Madonna and A-Rod share the same manager. Cynthia is spending time with “family friend”, Lenny Kravitz, who has claimed he is not having any romantic dealings with the baseball player’s wife (confused yet?). Alex’s trainer and his wife are with Cynthia and Lenny, Alex’s trainer is also the godfather of Cynthia’s daughter. Lenny Kravitz has been linked to Madonna in the past. Also, Lenny is A-Rod’s third cousin twice removed, Guy Ritchie is Cynthia’s long lost step uncle, Madonna had an affair with A-rod’s daughter’s godfather’s business partner’s brother once and Lenny really likes to eat ham and pineapple pizza on a Sunday (OK the last part might not be true).

Anyway, surely if Madonna had mind control powers, “Swept Away” would have been the highest-grossing film of all time and not a huge turkey?

Madonna and Guy’s marriage has always been shrouded by mystery and rumors since day one, but news of their failing coupledom has reached new heights today, as it’s revealed the singers husband has given up Kabbalah for good. The traditional Jewish religion has always been a very public part of Madonna’s life and it appeared Guy has always stood by his wife’s faith too. But sources close to the couple have revealed that the director has always felt uncomfortable with the faith. What this will do to the couple - only time will tell. 

“He was genuinely into it…but then he backtracked a little with his gestures of public backing, like wearing the bracelet, because he didn’t like being such a high-profile follower. He also became suspicious of all the Kabbalah crowd living off her money…a few weeks ago he told her he doesn’t want anything else to do with it. It didn’t go down well.”
