Lindsay’s career arc from famous to infamous is actually pretty typical for Hollywood and with the world’s appetite for celebrity news, pictures, and scandal, growing faster than a Mid-Westerner’s pant size, we are going to see more and more of this.

It looks like singing superstar Beyonce is enjoying some time off from work, by taking herself to the beach. Mrs Jay-Z was spotted taking a walk with a group of minders and relaxing on the beach in her bright bikini. The 27 year old has apparently been working on a new studio album since December 2007, but it looks like she is in no rush to get it finished!
Beyonce made her name with the all girl group Destiny’s Child, who have enjoyed a string of hits such as “Say My Name”, “Survivor”, “Bootylicious” and “Lose My Breath”. The hugely successful group have sold over 30 million albums worldwide.

Matthew McConaughey spent time this weekend on the Malibu beaches catching some waves– and most likely the appreciative glances of a few ladies in his tight tight wetsuit. Is it possible that this placenta-planting new dad’s muscles have gotten even bigger since the last time we saw him working out?
I just hope he didn’t keep girlfriend Camila Alves and little baby Levi waiting too long while he surfed it up!

It took surfing years to get out of the shadow cast by Annette Funnicello and Frankie Avalon to become the outsider/counter culture sport that it is today and now Miley Cyrus is single handedly going to destroy it with her bubble gum goodness and down home southern sensibilities.
The Malibu surfers have some issues with the paparazzi but at least we aren’t bastardizing their lifestyle with a singing Disney puppet and catchy dance routine.
