Miley Cyrus and Her Not-So-Flattering Vest Visit the Guitar Center

Not-so-secret Family Girl Miley Cyrus spent the day out with her mom and sisters yesterday in Los Angeles, where she enjoyed some Cheesecake Factory snacking and Guitar Center shopping. I have a feeling that this supahstar will probably regret this fashion misstep involving a too-tight black vest and dress, which sort of makes her look like a weeble-wobble. However, if we chalk these mistakes up to the teen years, she's really not doing so bad.
