Egads! It looks like Katherine Heigl was caught up in a wardrobe-adjusting awkward moment on the red carpet at the Avalon on Hollywood. Even though
she's usually looking divine, this time her low-cut peach top kept falling off her shoulders-- and I dare say that this
Grey's Anatomy was wearing a little more makeup than we're used to seeing her in.
